After barely surviving the Big12 Championship against Nebraska, Texas is having to defend its inclusion into the National Championship Game. Sure, Alabama looked like world beaters against Florida, but it wasn’t that long ago where Bama needed its own miracle, two blocked fg’s against Tennessee, to remain unbeaten. Arguing that Texas doesn’t deserve a spot in the game because of the close game does a great disservice to the Cornhuskers.

After dismantling the heavily pre-season hyped Ol Miss Rebels, the Tide sent a message to would be pretenders. It looks like they are on a collision course with Florida in the SEC Championship game. Every college football fan will be the winner in that contest.
