These two have missed ALL of training camp and are way behind the eight ball on being prepared to play in NFL. If you were counting on improvement from the offenses of either the 49ers or Bengals, don’t. Expect Carson Palmer to be on his back and the average 49 qb’s to struggle, just like last year.
